Bruce Meppem, the licensee and owner was a leading sales agent on the North Shore before taking over North Sydney Real Estate and taking it to the next level.
The decision to build up a rent roll and property management team, has enabled us to work with clients all over Sydney,

Bruce Meppem
An industry stalwart, he has been in the real estate industry for over 4 decades and is the driving force behind NSRE’s unique and personal approach to Real Estate. As the Owner and Managing Director, he has built up a huge network of clients, who often become life long friends. There is not a place in Sydney where Bruce doesn’t bump into someone he knows.
A successful early career in Real Estate sales on the lower North Shore paved the way for Bruce to take on ownership of NSRE over 30 years ago. The business, since then has developed and grown with consistent strong sales records and a large rent portfolio across Sydney. He now leads a strong team of dedicated and passionate real estate professionals.
Bruce instills a high level of integrity and transparency in the brand as well as his staff and with that, having comfort that vendors, landlords, investors and tenants are always satisfied and happy, when dealing with NSRE. This is reflective in the consistent referrals and repeat business.

Antonio Bukvic
A longstanding member of the team, Antonio has evolved with the company and helped transform NSRE into the successful boutique real estate agency that it is today, since joining the ranks in 2001.
Antonio is a licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Diploma in Real Estate Valuation, whilst being a provisional member of the Australian Property Institute. He has also completed a Diploma in Advertising and Marketing, which has allowed him to constantly evolve and adapt to real estate trends and practices.
With 20 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, Antonio’s relaxed, yet confident manner puts him at ease with clients, who deal with him and his dedication, transparency and passion is reflected by the numerous sales records in streets and complexes throughout Sydney.
As well as looking after most of the sales within the office, Antonio leads the team, both in sales and property management, ensuring the smooth and successful running of the agency and the brand.

James Meppem
The newest member of the team, James encompasses a level of dedication and commitment well beyond his years in Real Estate.
Graduated from Knox Grammar in 2010, who has been mentored and encouraged to succeed by his father who was the industry for 40 years and a Sole Director of a successful local agency for 35 of these years.
He began his career in Real Estate since 2015, James has established himself amongst his clients for his level of integrity and enthusiasm, when coupled with his honest communication, tireless work ethic and desire to constantly better himself and learn more. James is a natural people person with exceptional customer service skills, engaging personality.
Hardworking and diligent, James is focused on providing a tailored service, giving each and every property his whole-hearted commitment. James regularly attends both in-house and external training seminars to keep at the cutting-edge of the industry.

Jacqueline d’Argent
Jacquelyn is the engine that drives North Sydney Real Estate. With over 10 years experience with the agency, she is the friendly face at the front of house, managing reception, accounts, compliance, as well as being the Executive Assistant and sometimes counsellor. She ensures the smooth running of the office, handling all aspects of administration and accounts.
She has also helped transform the company into a modern and successful agency, integrating modern systems and software to conform with the highest industry standards.
She plays an integral role in the success of North Sydney Real Estate.

Our Office
Our office is located on the first floor of the Cremorne Garden Plaza, 18/332 Military Road, CREMORNE, NSW 2090 only a short walk from the Iconic Hayden Orpheum Cinema.
Timed parking is generally available during the day on Military Road and in the surrounding streets.
There are constant buses also running up and down Military Road with bus stops within very close proximity.
We also have a nice selection of cafe’s and restaurants within the plaza and nearby and are always happy to have a chat and a coffee.
